Terms of Service

You need to be 18 or above to buy from us. If you're younger, you'll need a parent or guardian to make the purchase. Creating fake accounts or providing false information isn't allowed and will get your account suspended.

When you place an order, it's a request — not a guaranteed purchase. We confirm it once we've verified stock and payment. If there's a stock issue or a pricing error on our end, we'll let you know before proceeding and give you the option to cancel.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. We ship to the address you provide, and errors caused by wrong addresses are outside our control.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes are included in the displayed price unless mentioned otherwise. Prices can change — if you've already paid and we change a price later, your order won't be affected.

You can cancel an order before it's been dispatched. Once it's out for delivery, cancellation isn't possible — but you can use our return process after receiving it.

Everything on this site — product descriptions, images, text, the logo — belongs to Webdigitronix. Don't copy it or use it without asking us first.

We're responsible for what we sell and how we handle your orders. But we can't be held responsible for things outside our control — delays caused by courier companies, force majeure, internet outages, and so on. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right within the limits of the order value.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
